How do I modify or cancel my order?

After placing your order on Gifteable, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us via contact@gifteable.com within 12 hours since your order confirmation. Any cancellations after 12 hours will not be accepted.


I can’t find my desired options

In case you can’t find the personalized option you wish, please send us an email via contact@gifteable.com the option you are looking for. We will consider adding new options to our product or customize the product for you.



Which payment methods are available?

We currently accept these payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club)
  • Debit cards

You can use Paypal Express Checkout, or 2Checkout to proceed payment.



I have waited for weeks but I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

If your order takes too long to arrive, please contact us via contact@gifteable.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Please remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. 


How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Can I return my delivered order?

Gifteable uses Print-on-demand service to fulfill customized orders. As a result, we don't accept any return for personalized products. 

If the package was returned to our fulfillment centre due to an undeliverable address, remaining unclaimed or being refused/returned by you, it will be donated upon receipt. 

In cases of damage, defect, or any issue regarding product quality or shipment, please contact Gifteable Customer Support Team via contact@gifteable.com . As soon as the evidence is verified by us, a reshipment or a refund can be arranged.


There is a problem with my product (damage during shipment, bad quality). Can I receive a refund?
